• The lead is then shared with the respective Builder/Developer/Seller/project team

Once shared:

• The builder becomes responsible for providing accurate information

• The builder becomes responsible for handling the booking process

REWH holds full ownership of all enquiries generated through its website, social media, or advertisement efforts.

5. Bookings, Payments & Refunds

Booking, payment, cancellation, and refund processes are NOT controlled by REWH.
